FUTURES is a paper-less company! Company provided iPads allow our Case Managers to focus less on cumbersome paperwork, and more on its individuals being served. FUTURES provides initial training on 'all things iPad' in order to get you jump started in your position.
Ongoing training is a staple to a Case Manager's professional development. Each month, training is provided by external individuals or speakers at mandatory FUTURES meetings. FUTURES enjoys having beneficial, interesting topics presented that are applicable in a Case Manager's everyday working life. In addition, FUTURES Management is available at all times to its Case Managers for support during crisis, for questions, advice, or general job training.
