  • Ongoing training is a staple to a Case Manager's professional development.  Each month, training is provided by external individuals or speakers at mandatory FUTURES meetings. FUTURES enjoys having beneficial, interesting topics presented that are applicable in a Case Manager's everyday working life. In addition, FUTURES Management is available at all times to its Case Managers for support during crisis, for questions, advice, or general job training. 

  • FUTURES appreciates their Case Managers and knows that this is a challenging profession.  Fun is necessary and had at FUTURES! 

  • FUTURES is involved in the community, not only for organizations, but also for those in need. Monthly drives are held at FUTURES meetings for an identified group of individuals, a family, or one individual. FUTURES has a wonderful group of Case Managers who are always willing to step up and help!
